Each year throughout the winter season we run six monthly competitions each of which is critiqued by a different external judge. Members may submit up to three images as prints and three as projected files each month.
Published here are the projected winning images for the 2016/2017 season as each competition takes place. The competitions are divided into two categories, Primary (for photographers new to the club or still finding their way around a camera) and Advanced (for the more experienced photographer). Each category is awarded three Commended placings, two Highly Commended placings and one Third, Second and First. At the end of the season, the winner of the Primary category will move up to the Advanced category.
