What is the SIG?
The Street SIG consist of a group of people who enjoy regular visits to our nearby cities on practice street photography. We all have an interest in making candid photos in the public
Who is it for?
It’s for people who enjoy using their camera while out and about, and embrace the social opportunities that being a member of the SIG brings.
What do you think a new member would learn?
We share ideas, techniques and help each other when needed. Optional assignments / tasks are set during each visit to expand on ideas and themes that occur in street photography. Just by being out and practicing, the new member will become more comfortable with using their camera, increase their confidence with making photos in a public place and improve their candid image making.
How Often do you meet?
We meet monthly on Zoom for a regular catchup to share and chat about our images from the last outing and plan the next trip.
We have an outing roughly once a month.
