Bath has a compact centre with several places of photographic interest within easy reach. Some of the attractions include Bath Abbey, the Pump rooms and the Roman Baths, Bath Street columns and cobbles, Pulteney bridge, and Pulteney Weir (if you fancy trying long exposures). This is also an opportunity for street photography at night.
Meet: 6.30pm near Pultney Weir, 8.30-9.00 at the Boater
How to get there
By train from Swindon to Bath Spa.
By car, Bath is ten miles south of junction 18 of the M4. Parking can be difficult during the day, but there is free on street parking after 7pm and Charlotte Street Car Park has charges £1.50 for cars arriving after 6pm.
